SI30 Discovery™
This folder inserter is a compact system made specifically for the office environment. Featuring a user friendly interface, clear text display, and nine programmable jobs, the SI30 is an intuitive system that anyone in the office can operate.

Equipped with two fully automatic document feed stations and one automatic insert station, the SI30 folds documents, inserts them into envelopes and seals the envelopes, at speeds up to 1,350 envelopes per hour – over 10 times faster than by hand. This system can process daily letters and monthly mailings with efficiency and ease.

SI62
The SI62 is the highest performing desktop folding/inserting system on the market. Designed to fit your needs, 3 different configurations are sure to fit your business needs.

Which configuration is right for you?
1.5 stations - This system features 1.5 multifunctional FlexFeeders. One for document size documents and one feeder for inserts up to 6". Available from October 1.
2 stations - This system has 2 FlexFeed feeders, meaning it can process documents from 3.5" to 14" from both feeders.
2.5 stations - The largest SI62 in the range. It has two FlexFeed feeders that process documents from 3.5" to 14" and a handy feeder for smaller documents (up to 6")

All of the SI62 configurations are equipped with LoadGo. Just load the documents and envelopes into the SI62, press the Load 'N Go button and the system will program itself to process the job! Make sure that your documents are ready in time for pick-up and arrive at the customer in the document order you desire with the SI62!

SI65 - Advanced Pro Mailer: The Advanced Pro Mailer incorporates flexibility in both configuration and application ability. It folds and inserts a wide range of document sizes at speeds up to 4,300 inserts per hour. The volume capacity is 60,000 pieces per month and its modularity allows it to be expandable up to 4 stations. It can insert non-folded, pre-folded, and items requiring 1 or more folds to be collated in proper sequence before insertion. Interface to a burster, Optical Mark Reading unit or Neopost mail machine for maximum automation flexibility.

SI68 EZ Mailer 3: This product is an extremely powerful yet compact 3 station tabletop folder/inserter with a vertical design. With a volume capacity of 30,000 pieces per month, the EZ Mailer 3 is a perfect solution for the low-mid volume mailer. The SI68 features Load-N-Go technology, which has redefined the meaning of ease of use. Simply place your documents in the feeders and envelopes in the hopper, press Load-N-Go and the machine sets itself up. It automatically measures and sets the envelope size, document sizes, paper length, and fold settings.

SI76 Office Mailer: The SI76 folding/inserting system is right for every business that sends out mail. The SI76 can handle almost every application, including bottom address documents and short fold applications. Should your applications change or your business grow the SI76 can change and/or grow with you. Neopost will help protect your investment.

The multifunctional FlexFeed® feeders can accommodate almost all document sizes and material, and as the SI76 collates everything before folding, it will arrive in the order you want it to.

With LoadGo™ you can fill the system with documents and envelopes, press LoadGo™ and walk away. The system will take care of your outgoing mail.

SI78 Production Mailer: Along with the specific features list for the SI65, the Production Mailer has an increased volume capacity of 100,000 pieces per month. There are ten programmable job settings designed to simplify adjustments from one application to another. The SI78 can be expanded from 1 to 4 stations and can interface to an optical mark reader/accumulation station as well as the FE 8 Intellifeeder. It is designed to handle rugged, high-volume processing in the mail center.

The SI92 VersaMailer II folder inserter system is the ultimate high-end tabletop folder inserter. The flagship of our line, the SI92 is designed specifically to meet the high-end demands of mailers with a wide variety of applications. Whether you're mailing one-page invoices, 50-page statements, or anything in between, the SI92 consistently and effortlessly delivers past performance with dead-on precision. With Neopost's intuitive Mix-N-Go technology, an operator can switch between two different envelopes in the same job. The SI92 processes up to 4,300 standard letters per hour or up to 120,000 pieces per month. Combined with a 20-station in-line collator for supreme multi-station accumulation and insertion.
